Well, I’m back and going to give the blog another shot. I was finding it tough to find a nice balance between posting some interesting stuff, while not getting too personal. On the other hand, I also find that there are enough blogs out there killing every cool subculture to death, so I don’t need to add to the traffic of things that have been posted here, there, and everywhere. Back in the day, you would be lucky if your friend brought back a cool fanzine or 7″ single, or whatever from their travels. Now any new topic is deaded within a few hours on the interweb…oh well, can’t stop “progress.” Enough of the rant – when everything becomes negative, you gotta just get out into the natureland. Here’s some photos from the latest boat trip out to Nelson Island, a big thank you to the crew, especially to BK and the Zodiac, and Binty for letting us stay on his rock.
Arriving just in time, you can’t tell, but it’s dusk, about 30 minutes left of the fading sunset.
